Winter in Piedmont: FUjifilm GFX Challenge

When I was asked by Fujifilm to do a GFX Challenge video for them with Fujifilm GFX 50S and the fabulous FUJINON GF 45mm F2.8 R WR I immediately knew where I wanted to do it. I had done several visits to Piedmont already and had made some valuable connections resulting in friendships. There was Sergio and his whole family from Foglino 7 winery, there was Gino the owner of Ristorante Del Belbo da Bardon as well as Lorenzo who owns Cascina La Barbatella.

With only few tourists around and a less work in the vineyard, life is slower in winter and leaves more room to celebrate life. It is a period of the year where you spend time with family and visit friends and are sitting together to enjoy good food and drink.

All images shot with GFX 50S and FUJINON GF 45mm F2.8 R WR lens.
